Commercial Administrator – Plymouth We are working with a local construction company to recruit an experienced Commercial Administrator to provide assistance to a busy commercial department. You will work with the Commercial Manager and team of QS’, duties will include: Ensuring contracts are signed within the appropriate time frame and stored correctly. Raise PO’s, allocate payments and check invoices, escalating any issues with Senior Management. Liaise with the site based teams to check costs, attend site meetings if required. General commercial administration support. Suitable candidates: Must be a competent user of IT packages such as Excel and Word. Must have experience working within a commercial department, supporting construction teams. Must have a driving licence and own transport, due to the need to travel to site on occasions. There is training and support on offer to progress into a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, for the right candidate. On offer is a salary circa £28,000 depending on experience, if you are experienced and looking for a higher salary, please call to discuss.
