Office Angels Leeds are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our fantastic team. We are looking for someone with a spark, passion, and personality to support our candidates across the Yorkshire area. \n\nAbout our team: \n\nWe have 30 years' experience between 7 of us including a Top 10 Elite Business Manager and Top 15 Consultants.

About you \n\nYou'll be a strong communicator (both verbal and written) \nYou'll be tenacious and level-headed with real attention to detail skills for important administrative tasks \nYou'll be proactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment \nYou'll have a People first mentality \nYou'll be creative and like to voice your own ideas and put them into practice \nRecruitment is target driven, so you'll enjoy knowing exactly what your individual contribution means in terms of team targets and budgets \nYou'll be excited to join a team which is made up of people that I honestly love to work with every day About the role \n\nIncredibly fast paced and diverse, it will keep you on your toes and no two days will be the same \n\nSupporting the recruitment of a pool of Office professionals through advertising, social media, LinkedIn, and the job boards to ensure we always have the Top Talent in the area ready to place into roles \nIdentifying leads, new clients and researching company details \nAdvertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media \nData gathering calls; reaching out to clients to retrieve up to date information and recruitment contacts \nReceiving and reviewing applications; conducting the initial screening when dealing with new candidates, followed by registering the candidate to match the roles they are looking for. Another important function is to understand and manage candidates' aspirations to ensure they find the right role \nCreating canva's for candidate and client attraction \nBeing the first point of contact for the business, managing shared email inbox and incoming calls with enquiries \nPreparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants \nOffering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression \nGenerating candidate referrals \nAdministrative compliance; Carrying out pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation \nResponsible for giving the utmost candidate care (Sending a thank you card to recognise hard work and commitment, celebrating Temp of the Month, visiting a candidate you've just placed on their first day with a gift and wishes them all the best for their first week, answering candidate queries) \nBeing a champion of marketing - giving briefs to the team on what's being covered and even creating your own campaign that you're passionate about \nJoining the Consultants on client meetings and lunches The training \n\n121 Consultant training with your Business Manager and Principal Recruitment Consultant\nSpecific training plan by our fantastic Learning & Development department\nBuddying up with current Consultants \nQuarterly training with Senior Business and Area Managers Role benefits \n\nHybrid working \nTagU - An amazing platform which offers thousands of life & work skills for free - Want to learn a new language?
