Job Description
Who is your team?
The FY23/24 EMP team outline a long-term vision for site development and infrastructure priorities through 2067. It focuses on efficient, phased investments in maintenance and upgrades to enhance site functionality and reduce costs. This evolving plan captures and tracks changes to align with Defence strategies.
Join our team to help manage change activities at HMNB Clyde, ensuring updates align with our Estate Management Plan (EMP).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor & Report Site Changes: Track and update on activities impacting the EMP, such as demolitions, building refurbishments, space utilization, offsite solutions, and infrastructure needs. Identify missing data for the EMP and ensure it’s accurately recorded and reported.
2. Action Tracking: Log, communicate, and oversee completion of action items stemming from site changes.
3. Collaborate with Clyde 2070 Team: Regularly engage with project leads to align on updates between the EMP and Clyde 2070 initiatives.
4. What You’ll Do:: Create and manage a support plan, track progress, and generate reports for governance forums.

* Document Control Skills – Minimum 1 year, preferred but not essential
* Supporting Project teams document administration
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Experience in supporting the delivery of Major Projects.
* Experience handling engineering / commercial project documentation.
* Experience in developing document control policies and procedures.
2 days a week in Helensburgh
Due to the nature of this role the successful candidate will require Security clearance. To gain this they will be normally be required to be a Sole UK national.
