Job Description: Job Title: Critical Wintel Support Engineer Location: Derby, UK Employment Type: Full-Time, Associate Manager Account Delivery Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Wintel Support Engineer to join our team, responsible for the day-to-day delivery operations of assigned client accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring our client commitments are met, service levels are maintained, and incremental growth is achieved. This role requires a deep understanding of Wintel environments and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support the daily delivery of services for assigned client accounts. Collaborate with the Account Delivery Manager to ensure seamless account operations. Engage with clients to understand their needs and assist in achieving their goals. Contribute to budget management, cost control, and financial performance of accounts. Track and report on key performance metrics and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into account strategies. Address and resolve account-related issues, escalating when necessary. Provide regular status updates on account performance and identify areas for improvement. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. At least 6 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Strong background in Wintel environments, with proven experience in account delivery and leadership. Proficiency in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership. A continuous learner who keeps up with industry knowledge and technological advancements. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
