The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the role
You will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your role could involve helping on the tills, advising our customers, or working in our back shop. You will also:
1. Help our customers and put them at ease; whether that’s listening to find out more about them, answering questions, giving great advice on our products, recommending items they hadn’t considered, or offering a basket — the little things make a difference.
2. Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them. The more info we can give our customers, the better.
3. Help our stores run smoothly — this could include ensuring we have the right products displayed, providing great service on our tills, or helping with stock in the stock rooms.
4. Work with team members to provide a great shopping experience, ensuring the store is always clean and presentable.
What you’ll need to have
Full training is provided. We are looking for people who:
1. Excel in a varied, fast-paced environment.
2. Communicate and listen effectively.
3. Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting collaboration.
4. Understand that the little things make the biggest difference in customer interactions.
5. Want to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them.
It would be great if you also have:
* Experience providing customer care and delivering excellent service, but this is not essential.
