About the Role:
We are partnering with a long-standing employer in Glasgow, offering a fantastic opportunity to join their HR team. The organisation provides exposure to a wide range of HR responsibilities and offers a dynamic and supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, managing casework for disciplinary and grievance procedures.
2. Support managers in driving performance using key people metrics such as absence, recruitment, and timekeeping.
3. Advise on HR best practices, ensuring compliance with current employment law and company policies.
4. Collaborate with key departments to ensure coordinated people-related activities and processes.
5. Maintain accurate colleague records using HR systems and trackers, ensuring data is up-to-date.
Who You Are:
1. A HR professional with experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR systems.
2. Able to work closely with managers to provide HR support and drive positive outcomes.
3. Knowledgeable in employment law and HR best practices with the ability to apply this in a fast-paced environment.
4. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple HR tasks simultaneously.
