Hive Communications are seeking a results-driven IT Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. As an IT Telemarketer, you will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and promoting our IT and telecom solutions to potential clients. Your role will be crucial in driving sales and expanding our customer base by engaging with businesses and identifying their communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to key decision-makers from leads provided.
2. Identify business needs and qualify leads for the sales team.
3. Schedule appointments for our IT team.
4. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer details and interactions.
5. Conduct online research and manage data effectively.
6. Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.
7. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
8. Stay up to date with Hive Communications’ products and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
9. Handle objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
10. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. At least 1 year of experience in cold calling.
2. Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
3. Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
4. Strong ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Basic understanding of IT and telecom services is a plus.
8. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Working Hours & Benefits:
1. Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (4:00 PM finish on Fridays, No weekends!)
2. Competitive salary depending on experience.
