Come be part of our journey and help us shape the future of our business while gaining the tools and experience you need to succeed Responsibilities: Train and become a super-user of the case management system Ceartas – you will assist in daily operations and administrative tasks, with the management of client cases, document storage, and workflow processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance throughout legal proceedings. Engage in customer service activities to enhance client experience - being the first point of contact for general enquiries to the office, as well as managing general organisation email accounts. Manage data and provide administrative support through Microsoft Packages, such as Outlook, Excel, and Word for tasks and organisation. Using Scottish Legal Aid Board Online and Insight Legal to manage and submit legal aid applications, track case progress and to upload documents. Collaborate with various departments (legal secretarial/accounts/reception) to understand their functions and processes and to ensure smooth office operations. Required skills: A passion for learning and a desire to grow both personally and professionally within the role Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively in a team environment Organisational skills with attention to detail A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative Salary: £15,000 per annum.
