Job Summary for Receptionist
You will be involved in general reception duties and other administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the office. Telephone, email and face-to-face contact with clients, is an essential part of this role, so excellent communication skills are required.
You will work Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm. There is free parking onsite.
Responsibilities for Receptionist
* To act as the first point of contact for visiting clients.
* Managing incoming and outgoing post.
* Answering telephone calls promptly in a polite and professional manner, taking clear and precise messages.
* Daily filing which will include photocopying and scanning.
* Companies House and HMRC filing.
* Generating letters to include the engagement package for new clients and letters to be sent to HMRC and/or Companies House.
* Booking client records in and out of the office in an accurate and well managed manner.
* Book appointments, manage meeting rooms and maintain and up-to-date calendar.
Skills and Experience required for Receptionist
* Possess effective communication and telephone skills with excellent written and spoken English
* Polite, punctual, and reliable
* Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
* Accurate with a high level of attention to detail
