Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall (CAS&W) is seeking a compassionate, forward-thinking, and strategic Chief Executive Officer to guide our essential local charity through a period of transformational change and growth amid increasing service demand and funding variability.
As an independent charity and part of the nationwide network of over 200 Citizens Advice organisations across England and Wales, CAS&W is deeply embedded within some of the countrys most economically challenged communities. Our mission is to deliver advice services that are free, independent, impartial, and confidential, helping individuals navigate challenges with dignity and support. We maintain a strong community presence across both Sandwell and Walsall, with offices in every town, innovative mobile outreach units, and extensive remote access options for our services. Through our frontline interactions, we gather insights into the issues facing our clients, using this data to drive local and national policy advocacy that strengthens and uplifts communities.

* A flexible 37 hour working week
* Pension scheme with The Pension Trust employee minimum contribution of5% and employer contribution of 4%
