Payroll Administrator, £24,500 Per Annum, Bradford/Hybrid Working
Macmillan Davies are working on with a leading and well-established national entity who are looking to attract a Payroll Administrator to join their growing team. This role will function to be the first point of contact for all internal payroll assistance.
About the role:
* Initial point of contact for internal customers to provide payroll support guidance
* Ensuring the payroll experience for all colleague's error free.
* Supporting the on-going maintenance and accuracy of data held on the system.
* Making sure payroll is accurate at all times.
* Creating management information via business reporting.
* Continually improving internal processes
* Remaining compliant with internal and external standards at all times.
About You:
* Previous Payroll experience within a fast-paced organisation (Desirable)
* Solid administration background and excellent attention to detail
* Proficient user of Microsoft Office
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of payroll procedures
* Knowledge of PAYE legislation and HMRC requirements. (Desirable)
* Impeccable written and verbal communication
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
