I am looking for an experienced IT Manager to join my client's team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for permanent employment. This role is perfect for someone based near Dorset who is comfortable with a hybrid working model (3 days remote, 2 days in-office). Key Responsibilities:
* Migrate to Azure: Lead the transition of our infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration.
* Automate User Processes: Drive the automation of user management processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
* Roll Out Chatbot: Oversee the deployment of a chatbot solution to improve customer service and internal operations.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as an IT Manager, ideally within the hospitality sector.
* Experience with Azure migration, user automation, and chatbot implementation.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
* Ideally, experience with IT infrastructure, network management, and system integrations.
