Our goal is to be the leading supplier of wireless telecoms sites services in the UK. We are looking for an an Acquisition Surveyor to fullfil a 9 month Fixed Term Contract. As the Acquisition Surveyor, you will support the Acquisition team across several projects on behalf of Cornerstone. Projects vary from adding new technologies to existing sites and/or acquiring new sites within defined project, geographical area or UK wide. All site solutions are to be managed and delivered in a cost effective and timely manner, as well as to meet the standards within the Clients deployments and Acquisition guidelines. You are likely to work 2 days at home and 3 days conducting site visits in London / South East where you will have the opportunity to connect with other industry specialists. What will your key responsibilities be? Providing advice to clients in relation to solutions for replacement sites. Supporting litigious and consensual routes to acquisition of solutions. Learning how to value property and submission of recommendations to client. Negotiation and completion of heads of terms. Populating internal and external databases. Managing a portfolio of properties to handover to build teams. Co-ordinating with the design departments to facilitate site surveys establishing viability. Submitting supporting documentation to the planning teams. Monitoring achievement against SLA and reporting mitigations to client. What competencies are we looking for? UK Full Driving Licence. Willingness to travel. An honours degree or equivalent in preferably Geography, Law, Land Management or Real Estate with the desire to undertake further study. Previous experience of working in Mobile Telecoms - Wireless ADC. A passion for learning and gaining new skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build positive relationships across a range of internal and external stakeholders. Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise and work flexibly with changing priority. Highly motivated.
