Parts Advisor
Location: Salisbury
Salary: 25k basic, 30k OTE + company benefits
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the correct parts and accessories for their vehicles. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A background in automotive parts is advantageous but not essential.
Duties:
1. Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts for their vehicles.
2. Maintain an organised inventory of parts and accessories, ensuring that stock levels are monitored and replenished as necessary.
3. Communicate effectively with customers via phone and in-person, providing accurate information regarding parts availability and pricing.
4. Utilise Excel to manage inventory records and generate reports as required.
5. Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries and orders.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the parts department.
7. Stay updated on new products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements:
1. Previous parts advisor experience in the motor industry.
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
3. A positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service is essential.
Hours: 8.00 - 5.30 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 8.30 - 1.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
