Travel Support Coordinator

Circa £27,000 DOE
An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen with a reputable, tailor-made travel company in Cirencester! This is a crucial role, where you will be assisting the sales team as a Travel Support Coordinator. This is an incredibly varied and fast paced role, where organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills all play pivotal part.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the sales team in coordinating all the administrative duties
* Assisting with collating information for itineraries
* Maintaining and updating information on the database
* Managing flight bookings and creating reservations
* Liaising with clients and suppliers (some overseas) and organising payments
* Assist in producing information documents and ensuring they are sent out to clients in a timely basis
* Answering the phones and dealing with general administrative tasks
About you:
* Previous experience working within travel bookings/administration
* Experience within the travel industry is highly desirable
* Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail
* Confidence liaising with high-net-worth clients
* Passion for travel!
