Contracts Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a successful Main Contractor who covers various projects across heritage, residential, commercial, and education up to £25m.
About the role of Contracts Manager
This newly created role is due to a significant number of new projects being won. This role will see you delivering high-quality projects.
Responsibilities for Contracts Manager
1. The Contracts Manager will report into the Operations Manager and have a team reporting into them made up of Project Managers.
2. Managing multiple contracts, ensuring they are running smoothly and keeping on track with the clients' expectations.
3. Preparation of tenders at initial stages through to final stages and building relationships with clients.
4. Reporting to the senior management team on projects and responsible for programming, working with the design team.
The ideal Contracts Manager should have:
1. A dynamic leader who can make decisions, is solution-led, and has good attention to people management and client relationships.
2. Design and build experience is essential.
3. Well-rounded knowledge with experience working for a Main Contractor.
4. Experience managing contractors on site and ensuring they meet deadlines and expectations.
5. Experience working on projects up to £15m.
What we offer:
£80,000 - £85,000
