Accounts Assistant Bellshill 29,000 We are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join our client in Bellshill. The company is growing, and the accounts team is a close-knit group that supports the wider team with accounts and back-office tasks. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in credit control. All applications are welcome from seasoned Accounts Assistants or Accounts Administrators. Contract: 37.5 hours per week Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Hours can be 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm. Benefits: Generous annual bonus based on company performance. Purchase ledger and sales ledger processing. Liaise with suppliers regarding any queries. Reconciliation of supplier statements. Bank reconciliation. Credit control. Manage goods received (GDN). Deal with customer enquiries to resolution. All associated administration. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a Finance Assistant position. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Strong Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel & Word) and SAGE 50. Ability to work to strict deadlines. Able to work flexibly under pressure.
