I’m working with a brilliant FMCG business in the premium food space that’s looking for a talented Brand Manager with shopper marketing experience to join their team. It’s a 12-month fixed term contract and based in a fantastic office in Manchester with hybrid working (3 days in, 2 remote). This is a company that’s grown fast – they’ve built a strong presence in UK retail and have exciting plans ahead. The brand is known for its quality, standout packaging, and entrepreneurial culture. The Role You’ll be joining a small, passionate brand team, working across everything from shopper marketing and campaign planning to packaging updates and events. It’s a hands-on role with lots of variety – perfect for someone who enjoys seeing ideas through from start to finish. You’ll be working closely with sales, commercial, and insights teams to bring the brand to life in-store and online. You’ll also help plan new product launches, support social content, and manage branded materials.
