In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. Imagine this: Helping businesses optimise their IT and Telecom networks, ensuring smooth operations. Providing exceptional remote support to customers, troubleshooting issues and becoming their go-to tech hero. Mastering the art of first-time fixes, leaving customers with a smile (and a sigh of relief). Proactively identifying potential problems before they even arise, keeping things running seamlessly. Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team. Salary, Hours & Benefits: £15,000-£17,000 per annum Salary reviews at month 3, 6 and 9 Working Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5:30 PM 1 hour lunch break Opportunity to join a shift pattern further into the apprenticeship 21 days holidays plus bank holidays Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge: Driving licence is desired for this role Passion for IT Organisational skills and time management Eager to learn and progress Written and verbal communication Grade 4/C in English and Grade 5/C in Maths at GCSE is required.
