Run For All are looking for a Partnerships Assistant to join the team in Leeds. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis at our Leeds office and play an integral role in an expanding marketing and communications team.
Run For All is one of the UK’s biggest not-for-profit sporting event companies, staging a large number of high-profile mass participation events including the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon, York 10K, Leeds 10K, Sheffield Half Marathon and The Yorkshire Marathon.
This exciting dual role offers a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to both the development of our partnerships and the smooth running of the office. You will be involved in all aspects of the partnership cycle, while also providing support and developing knowledge of the Active entry system and elements of office management.
As Partnerships Assistant, you will provide crucial administrative and coordination support to the Partnerships Manager, assisting with sponsor activation and fulfilment of sponsor and partner entitlements.
Sponsorship is a fundamental part of the broader marketing mix for brands with both global and domestic business objectives, so it’s helpful for you to have a good understanding of how integrated marketing campaigns work, including a strong understanding of digital platforms, experiential activations and other mechanics.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the administration and delivery of Partner Charity contracts – from organisation of entries to event day presence.
A genuine enthusiasm for sports will be an advantage. With charity at our core, we are looking to employ someone who understands the unique ethos of and aims of our organisation.
Applicants should be enthusiastic and hardworking, be flexible and have a positive attitude and a good sense of humour.
You will need to own a car and have a full clean driving license to be considered for this position. You should expect to work a number of weekends and occasionally, out of hours, especially throughout the event season. (March to October).
