Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the checking and approval of sales orders daily.
2. Responsible for tracking outstanding invoicing daily.
3. Responsible for tracking and investigating missing POD’s and liaising with Transport daily.
4. Responsible for raising and receiving overhead purchase orders.
5. Responsible for all goods received – either via Inter Branch Transfer or from an external Supplier – to be GRN’d within 2 hours. Stock – Certified/non-Certified labels to be produced when pre-booking so ready for receipt of goods. Bar coding, pack splitting to be done on receipt.
6. Responsible for the processing of any credits and all necessary returns to supplier/branches to be completed within 24 hours of receipt.
7. Responsible for meeting and greeting customers & visitors to the site and presenting the induction for site rules.
8. Supporting the Sales Team members in all administrative matters.
9. Raising purchase order for Stationery and PPE, as required.
10. All stock ordering for the branch.
11. Reconcile banking.
12. Petty cash.
13. Completion of timesheets.
14. Complete work permits for site.
15. Complete all branch Audits.
16. Complete weekly stock counts and investigations.
17. Management of Southalls / Safety Cloud.
