We're looking for a fully qualified Accountant to join our growing Finance team. This newly created role comes at a pivotal moment in MAB’s journey as we evolve our business. Growing our Group total revenue in 2023 to £240 million, we’re continuing to accelerate profit growth while adapting to fluctuating market conditions. As part of the accounts team, this role will own the Group management account creation process, working effectively with management, both financial and non-financial stakeholders. The key to success in this role is to implement and improve the reporting control process across the group, delivering high quality financial information to Senior Management and the Board. You will be involved with various ad hoc projects to improve the management reporting process by designing and implementing reporting controls across the Group. About You Full training will be provided to ensure you can quickly get up to speed, but to be successful in this role you will need: To be fully qualified (CGMA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) Experience of working within a Group environment. Excellent Excel skills with the ability to use advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques. Excellent ability to understand and use Accounting systems. Great communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with and influence a diverse set of stakeholders. An ability to work well under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail with an inquiring mind to challenge pre-existing processes and ways of working.
