Your new role As a Service Coordinator, your primary focus will be to work closely with customers, talking to them about engineering tasks that need to be completed and then booking in engineers to complete them. You will need to coordinate the resources, both personnel and parts, and schedule them efficiently using the CRM system. You will provide quotes, check the availability of engineers against the customers' requested date and ensure that all booked jobs are up-to-date and accurate in the system. What you'll need to succeed Experience working in a similar position would be advantageous, though not essential. This role will see the successful candidate constantly speaking to clients and internal stakeholders to organise repair, maintenance and installation work, so you'll need solid communication skills and an excellent work ethic.
