The Position
This is an interim role offeringa great opportunity for an Intelligent and hardworking Company Secretarial Assistant to join RES Company Secretariat’s small team on a fixed-term (6-month) contract basis. This role offers a very broad range of company secretarial experience in a busy environment, with regular exposure to senior management and internal and external clients. It demands an ambitious self-starter who can hit the ground running to assist our current small cosec team in their support for the Group business. Key Accountabilities To provide business facing company secretarial and administrative services within the Company Secretarial team. Update and maintain the RES Group corporate structure chart and statutory records for the Group entities and respond to the business on related queries. Draft subsidiary Board minutes and support the execution of documents. Arrange Board approval and filing of subsidiary accounts and prepare and submit annual confirmation statements for UK subsidiaries. Respond to KYC and other enquiries as appropriate. Manage copy and electronic filing systems. Provide any additional support to the company secretarial and the wider legal team as required on ad hoc projects or their ongoing responsibilities. 1. Some knowledge of routine company secretarial procedures required.
2. Working knowledge of Diligent Solutions(Blueprint).

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have recently completed, be studying for or be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of and commitment to study for the ICSA qualification.`
