Delegated Underwriting is a growth accelerator in GCS, and so we need an ambitious individual to join our ever-growing team A bit about the job: Supporting growth of the Delegated Authority Underwriting teams and the wider DUA Hub. Identifying & driving opportunities for service and operational improvements. Taking personal responsibility for development in line with business strategy. Servicing our Underwriting teams in administrative tasks for our Brokers and Customers. Skills and experience we're looking for: Experience in building and encouraging positive internal and external relationships. Good level of negotiating, numerical and verbal reasoning skills Good knowledge of IT including Office 365 application's Previous underwriting experience is not essential as full training will be provided. However, experience in Financial Services, Risk or similar would be advantageous. Whilst we expect the offered salary to fall within the applicable pay range, any specific offer will be reflective of experience and the market rate for the role.
