We are seeking a highly organised and efficient PA to support our Sales and Design Directors on a temporary basis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
Main tasks and duties include,
* Expenses.
* Calendar management.
* Sales Conference planning: booking a hotel, taking restaurant pre-orders, distributing documents, ordering lunches, attending the meeting, taking notes, etc. (You may need to go to London for one night.)
* Basic minute-taking.
* Prompting/reminding – report deadlines, meetings etc.
* Helping organise new SharePoint system.
* Booking travel – hotel, trains, flights.
* Social event planning (e.g. Christmas Party).
* Ordering/collecting lunches – driving licence preferred.
* I am assisting with reports/presentations – Excel & PowerPoint.
Prior experience as a PA or similar role is preferred,
* Organisation and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Flexibility towards changing priorities.
