The service operates across three sub-teams (Wandsworth, Kingston & Richmond, Sutton & Merton), which come together weekly for meetings and case discussions. We also meet regularly as a whole service for reflective practice, complex case discussions, and business meetings to ensure smooth operations and collaborative service development. We encourage interdisciplinary training sessions and co-production with our service users.
