Reed are currently working with a lovely primary school in ellesmere port who are on the look for a strong teaching assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a year 4 child who is very difficult with behaviour. The child can change day by day with some being easier than others. The child has there own breakout area but they do try and keep them in the classroom where possible. This role is temporary until the summer and will require someone who can be be stearn and patient with a child who will test their patience, it is therefore important that the right candidate have some experience and be available as soon as possible. The role includes Implementing Lesson Plans: Assist in delivering lesson plans tailored to the student's needs, reinforcing concepts taught by the teacher. Behavior Management: Help manage the student's behavior, using strategies to promote positive behavior and address any challenges. Monitoring Progress: Track the student's academic and social progress, providing feedback to the teacher and parents. Adapting Materials: Modify learning materials to suit the student's learning style and abilities. Facilitating Inclusion: Encourage the student to participate in classroom activities and interact with peers. Providing Emotional Support: Offer emotional and social support to the student, helping them build confidence and self-esteem.
