Key Responsibilities will include: Ensuring all client work is carried out within the appropriate timescales through continual monitoring of case progression. Working as a team with the other managers, directors and staff to ensure the department meets its objectives and all client demands are exceeded. Using your knowledge of the industry and relevant processes to resolve technical issues and organisation to resolve client and director demands. Ensuring client’s expectations are exceeded, by always providing a first-class service. Assessing financial and other information to assist clients in understanding their affairs and needs; to identify opportunities to enhance value for stakeholders. Understanding the insolvency act and appreciating key commercial aspects of insolvency companies. Providing regular progress reports to the manager including preparation of six-monthly case reviews, as well as drafting all routine case correspondence. Analytical review of information to facilitate case strategy or to fulfil reporting requirements. Dealing with creditor telephone enquiries. Requirements: Prior experience within Insolvency is absolutely essential, minimum of 3 years. Strong communication skills and proven ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a team. Completion or desire to study ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW Certificate in Insolvency Qualification. Experienced user of Microsoft Office and Outlook and time management system.
