We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated clinical pharmacist with experience of respiratory and / or cysticfibrosis patients to join the team. Main duties of the job Main duties of the job To deliver a high quality patient focused clinical pharmacy service to Cystic Fibrosis patients and to establish effective relationships with clinical staff and other stakeholders delivering inpatient care to our service users. To promote the responsible, safe, clinically-effective and cost-effective use of medicines within the division. To support education and development of medical, nursing and pharmacy staff in your role as Highly Specialist Pharmacist for Cystic Fibrosis. You will develop your leadership and management skills within Pharmacy, and as a senior member of the Respiratory Pharmacy Team, will be expected to deputise for the 8b Lead Pharmacist when required. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team whilst also managing your own workload.
