We are inviting applications from an enthusiastic individual to work within all imaging modalities in the Radiology department, assisting Radiographers, Nurses, and Radiologists in the care of patients undergoing radiological procedures and providing support to all healthcare professionals within the multi-disciplinary team.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills and work well as part of a team. This post will include shifts between the hours of 8am - 8pm over 7 days a week, including weekends and bank holidays.
Main Duties of the Job
To assist in the care of patients undergoing radiological procedures across multiple modalities, undertaking clinical procedures under supervision, and contributing to patient care and safety whilst in the department.
A key element of the role is to provide administrative assistance to ensure effective workflow within the service.
You will be required to work collaboratively with other clinical colleagues in all areas within Radiology to support inter-department staffing demand.
