The Admin Volunteer role supports our home/service in Seaford with general day-to-day, ad hoc administrative tasks, such as:
1. Organising files
2. Archiving and scanning paperwork
3. Collecting and inputting data
4. Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors
Skills required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Punctuality and reliability
* Ability to handle information in line with data protection and confidentiality procedures
* Good telephone manners and skills
