Join a this fantastic housebuilder as their newly appointed Sales Progressor, based near Bournemouth
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing and high-performing Sales Team during a period of expansion. In this role, you’ll play a key part in achieving sales completion targets, managing the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion.
On offer is a basic salary of up to £30,000 + commission. This is an office based role
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
* Manage and support the progression of new home sales from reservation through to legal completion, liaising with sales agents, solicitors, purchasers, and other key stakeholders.
* Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, providing updates and resolving queries related to the conveyancing process.
* Keep internal systems and reports accurately updated with key milestones, including invoicing, banking, and regular progress updates.
* Use your knowledge of the conveyancing process to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring sales are kept on track and fall-throughs are minimised.
* Work efficiently to ensure a smooth and timely exchange of contracts, maintaining momentum and customer confidence.
* Register plots with the NHBC and ensure accurate records are maintained within the sales system.
About You – The Ideal Sales Progressor:
* You’ll bring solid experience from a housebuilder, new homes developer, or estate agency, with a strong understanding of the sales progression process.
* You have excellent administrative and organisational skills, with a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
* Whether working independently or as part of a team, you’re self-motivated, proactive, and solution-focused.
* You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and managing deadlines, staying calm under pressure and keeping things on track.
* You’re confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* You’re a strong communicator, able to tailor your approach depending on the audience – whether speaking with buyers, solicitors, or colleagues.
