The team at Insurance1 Broking is backed by iRevolution Group and has over 50 years of combined experience working in the insurance field, behind the scenes in multiple well-respected insurance brokerages servicing the UK customer base and have learned from their wide-ranging experiences. The team has set up a new broker in Stockport town centre and is keen to grow the team to become a market leader in the UK insurance arena.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with the right attitude and desire to help the customer by understanding their needs to tailor insurance solutions that meet those needs. Experience in customer service is essential; however, this doesn't need to be from a telephone-based role. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance sales; however, this is not a requirement.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a growing team environment with the chance to progress and join us in our brand new, stylish office in Stockport Town Centre from the very start.
The Role
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and live chat
- Find and negotiate insurance policies on behalf of clients
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Handle some sales administration tasks efficiently
Experience
Required:
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer literate
- Detail-oriented
- Desire to help
Desired:
- Experience in insurance sales or customer service
