Are you looking to further develop your HR career? Are you able to develop strong working relationships across a business? Are you able to manage and develop HR colleagues?
Are you up for the challenge…..?
We are looking for proactive and motivated HR People to join our supportive HR team. This role is a great HR career step which will develop your employee relations (ER) knowledge across a range of different business operations, whilst managing a small HR team. You will have the opportunity to lead and influence on complex employee relations by supporting our managers as well as getting involved in change initiatives. You will also be there to manage, develop and support a small team of HR Advisors.
In this role, you’ll manage a case load of complex and high risk ER cases up to ET, providing expert advice that balances risk with business needs. This will be done over the phone and via email, whilst using our HR System to help manage it all. You will also manage a small team of HR Advisors to be the best they can be. You will support our operational managers with HR administration as well as our wider HR team with reporting and analysis of trends.
We have a HR team structure that is set up to support each other, bounce ideas off and when the time is right move up into more senior positions.
