Role Description This full-time, onsite role is based at our Warrington centre, where you will manage the efficient operation of the Bodyshop workshop. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high levels of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, while maximising workshop utilisation, productivity, and efficiency. You will focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a well-organised and effective working environment. Skills Experience in a Bodyshop environment. Strong leadership abilities. Extensive knowledge of modern Bodyshop systems, technology, and operational processes. Proven man-management skills with a track record of success. Ability to coach and motivate a team to meet targets. In-depth understanding of current Smart Repair processes and the associated profit potential for the business.
