Job summary We are looking for a Medical Coder to join our busy GP Practice taking responsibility for the coding of relevant information into our patients' healthcare records using the EMIS Web clinical system. Main duties of the job Key responsibilities include: Accurately read-coding data onto patient records Identifying clinical information, coding appropriately and completing detailed actions. Scanning of patient documentation and attaching scanned documents to patients' healthcare records Amending and / or making additions to medical records to ensure that correct and complete information is recorded in patients' electronic record.
