You’ll be the key person ensuring that our solar PV installations run efficiently, meet high-quality standards, and stay on schedule. This is a full-time, permanent position. Key Responsibilities Oversee solar PV installations from start to finish using our state of the art custom built CMS system, ensuring smooth operations. Manage and support engineers and subcontractors on-site. Coordinate with our procurement team for the ordering of materials. Communicate with the customer service team to ensure a great experience and smooth delivery. Conduct site assessments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Perform routine maintenance checks and follow up on completed installs. Experience Minimum 2-4 years of solar installation experience. Comfortable working with DC/AC wiring, inverters, and mounting systems. Experience managing commercial solar projects. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills. A good understanding of the electrical side of solar PV (not essential, but beneficial). Willingness to travel and stay away overnight occasionally for nationwide projects.
