As the Operations Coordinator you will be:
* Scheduling and organising service and support to customers sites
* Raising invoices and dealing with enquiries
* Ensuring risk assessments are carried out prior to service calls
* Ensuring engineers have all the correct equipment to carry out a service call
* Carrying out all administrative tasks associated with the business
* Implementing processes and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the operation
As the Operations Coordinator you will have:
