We are recruiting a Deputy Manager to join our team in the Winchester area for young people aged 16-21. It is an exciting time to join us.

Could this be you?
Candidates must have their NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce or can evidence they are working towards this. They must also have at least 2 years of experience working alongside young people, or other relevant experience.
What will I do as a Deputy Manager?
* You will meet a variety of young people, some of whom may need high levels of support. They may also require your guidance within education, training, and employment.
* Within this leadership role, you will ensure the welfare and support of each young person and provide guidance and support to all support workers.
* You will be committed to making a difference, including being responsible for staff supervision, leading shifts, ensuring placement plans are followed, and making sure that education/employment is supported.
* Earn up to £31,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualification.
* We will supply excellent support and professional and clinical supervision, regular training opportunities, and the chance to undertake further qualifications.

Desirable:
* Experience in delivering life skills training or similar programs.
