Role purpose: An exciting new opportunity has arisen within a reputable financial services practice. The new role will be to join their successful client servicing team by providing daily administration support to the Financial Advisers and Case Managers within the business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
9. Prep of meeting packs (new and review)
10. Change in contributions
11. Diary Management
12. Appointment booking
13. Change of bank details
14. Change of address
15. Review and overdue meeting management
16. Adding leads and prospects
17. Withdrawals – security checks and confirm request
18. Online access registering
19. Basic letters of instruction – (eg UT & ISA)
20. ID & V & AML check for review
21. Logging documentation
22. Client meeting reminders
23. Prep of welcome packs/sending
24. Certifying docs
25. LOA’s
26. Chasing withdrawals
27. Policy services request for information
28. Calling providers for information
29. Land registry search on request
30. Scanning and processing incoming post
31. Answering of incoming office calls
32. Supporting with any wider general office support when front of house is on annual leave
