Reporting Directly to our CEO and leading a small Communications team, this brand-new role will be pivotal in helping us achieve our strategic ambitions in the years ahead. You will play a key role in unlocking opportunities from grant-making organisations and developing outstanding relationships with donors and fundraisers. About Us: One Fylde is a Charity dedicated to supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism across the Fylde Coast. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for those we support through innovative and person-centred approaches. The Role: You ll work Hybrid in the dynamic and collaborative environment of our purpose-built office in Blackpool. The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to shape the role and make a significant impact. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising initiatives, marketing campaigns and communication strategies, and to support our mission. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to raise awareness about One Fylde's services and impact. Create and manage engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases. Plan and implement marketing campaigns to attract new supporters and donors. Identify and pursue fundraising opportunities, including grants, sponsorships, and events. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and the community. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication, marketing, and fundraising efforts. Line manage the Communication and Marketing Coordinator. About You: Proven experience in fundraising, marketing and communication roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and project management abilities. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies. Passionate about supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
