OTHM Qualifications is a well-established qualification awarding body based near Dartford Crossing, Kent. We are looking to grow our team on a full-time basis and have a number of administrative posts available in our organisation.
The positions are office-based from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
We provide free parking and also lunch and refreshments.
Responsibilities
You will help to support the key functions, all of which have a customer service and quality assurance focus within our organisation. You will liaise with global external partner centres and customers daily to support them in meeting the requirements to deliver our qualifications and programmes effectively.
You should have a positive approach with excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as good IT ability. You should also be flexible, a good team player, and possess very good attention to detail.
Opportunity for growth and development within the organisation is available for the right person if desired. Start dates should be as soon as possible.
The role is solely office-based at our office near Dartford Bridge, Kent, working alongside our dynamic and friendly team.
The company is not offering visa/sponsorship or relocation packages for the role.
