Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work in a practice with a high caseload of cats, dogs, and some exotics? Our client, a highly successful small animal practice in the heart of Essex, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.
The practice boasts top-notch facilities, including digital radiography (with dental), ultrasonography, and a consistent and engaging soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery caseload. The most rewarding aspect of this role, however, is being part of an outstanding team. The team includes 3 Veterinary Surgeons, led by the head vet, and 6 experienced registered veterinary nurses. In addition, there are 2 student veterinary nurses, a veterinary care assistant, 6 receptionists, and a Practice Director who is also a registered veterinary nurse. With such a robust support system, you will never feel short of assistance. The team is home to an exotic certificate holder, vets with a diagnostic imaging focus, and a nurse who holds an anaesthetic certificate.
The primary site is located in a picturesque semi-rural village surrounded by open fields and stunning countryside, just off the A120. A 15-minute car ride will take you to Stansted Airport, and there are direct train links into the City of London. The other two branches are situated in historical market towns, fully equipped, and you will rotate between all three sites.
Our client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive and can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn. In return, you will be supported by an experienced and knowledgeable team as well as a fantastic nursing and support staff. If this sounds like the perfect role for you, we would love to hear from you!
