You’ll work closely with external agencies, designers, and internal teams to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain three company websites using Umbraco, ensuring daily updates and improvements.• Collaborate with an external agency on backend website development and strategic projects.• Plan and execute biweekly email campaigns, managing audience segmentation and reporting.• Work on automated customer journeys to optimize pre-arrival communications and engagement.• Lead and implement strategic affiliate program projects, fostering relationships with partners like Voucher Codes and Nectar.• Work with an external designer to develop high-quality digital content.• Support digital marketing initiatives, including campaign flows and reporting.• Utilize Google Analytics/GA4 to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the business to align marketing strategies with key objectives.• Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring brand consistency in promotional materials.________________________________________ What We’re Looking For: • Experience in website maintenance (Umbraco or WordPress preferred).• CRM and email marketing expertise, ideally with Mailchimp.• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and partner relationship management.• Proficiency in Google Analytics/GA4 for campaign tracking and performance analysis.• Strong copywriting skills and ability to create compelling content.• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• A proactive, creative, and data-driven approach to marketing.• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.________________________________________What’s in It for You? • Hybrid working – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.• 25 days holiday bank holidays birthday off.• Employee perks and discounts.• Professional development opportunities.• A supportive and collaborative team environment.
