As a Client and Account Services (CAS) Vice President in Securities Services Operations Team, you will be responsible for the operational setup and maintenance of party, relationship, accounts and settlement reference data, to facilitate pre-trade compliance activities, post-trade operational activities, and enable trusted management information across Line of Businesses.
You will lead multiple transformative initiatives, within Digital and Platform Services, that drive innovation and efficiency across our global operations. As a key player in our organization, you will have the chance to make a significant impact by optimizing client account services and enhancing the client experience through cutting-edge solutions.
Job Responsibilities
* Spearheads reference data transformation projects and supports various strategic initiatives across the project lifecycle.
* Leads research on new projects, implements business process changes, and drives continuous improvement.
* Manages end-to-end delivery of complex projects and programs, collaborating closely with product development, operations, and technology teams.
* Defines requirements and implements scalable processes and solutions that align with our strategic goals.
* Conducts workshops and leads steering committees to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
* Delivers best-in-class metrics to enhance organizational performance and enable effective decision-making.
* Reviews payment processes and controls to ensure compliance with global standards.
* Seeks opportunities for process optimization and risk mitigation.
* Cultivates and maintains robust relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and gathering feedback to ensure stakeholder objectives are met.
* Develops and implements top-tier metrics meticulously crafted to enhance organizational performance and empower informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to delivery in a senior leadership capacity.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and levels of seniority.
* A strong analytical background with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint to present compelling information clearly and succinctly.
* Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing innovative solutions.
* Ability to influence outcomes and drive results, even without direct line management responsibility.
* A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Flexible and adaptable to business change, leveraging the organization to deliver results quickly.
