Ashley Kate is partnering with a well-established manufacturing client in the Tamworth area to fill an HR Generalist position. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role involves full responsibility for HR generalist duties on-site.
About You
* You must have a proven background as an HR officer or Advisor.
* Ideal candidates will have experience working with blue-collar workforces such as manufacturing, FMCG, construction, or retail.
* You should have strong UK employment law knowledge.
* A strong and personable communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels is essential.
* Hands-on experience with HR systems and comfort with analytics and reporting are also required.
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is crucial for this role.
Job Responsibilities
This HR Generalist will provide day-to-day support to managers across all HR issues, including absence management, performance, disciplinaries, and grievance. They will manage employee records, monitor and report on HR metrics, and handle employee relations issues while ensuring adherence to UK employment law and best practices.
