New opportunity – HR Advisor in the Education Sector
We are seeking skilled HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the education sector.
We are seeking a talented HR Advisor with generalist experience to join our Clients team in Birmingham.
Key Details:
* Location: Birmingham, UK
* Role: HR Advisor
* Sector Experience: Education (essential)
* Type: Temporary (hourly rate)
* Hours: 37 hours per week
* Flexibility: Office Based Role
* Salary: Equivalent to £32, per annum (FTC)
Role Requirements:
* You have a minimum 2+ years experience in HR
* Enjoys working collaboratively within a HR team
* Has a strong Knowledge of employment law & legislations
* Confident communicator
* Able to travel to the Birmingham Office
Overview of the role of HR Advisor:
* Assisting with all aspects of the recruitment cycle, from posting job ads, pre-screening candidates, responding to job applications and supporting the interview process when required
* Working collaboratively with managers and keys stakeholders across the group providing advise and support on HR related issues
* Support the on-boarding process of new starters across the business
* Offer guidance and advice to employees and line managers on range of ER issues, as well as supporting the wider HR team during disciplinary hearings
* HR inbox management
* Contribute to implementation and development of policies & procedures
* Support HR Team projects both business wide and adhoc.
