Each county has its own dedicated Sexual Assault Referral Centre (SARC), the service has been commissioned to improve the immediate medical response and aftercare offered to victims of sexual assault and rape. Mountain Healthcare are a specialist business already providing similar services to 20 other SARCs in locations across the UK. For this role you will work as the SARC Manager and will be responsible for co-ordinating all activities related to the smooth running of the SARC. The SARC Manager will effectively lead and manage this multi-agency Centre and services, playing a pivotal role in developing a strategic vision for the service ensuring changes meet internal and external expectations and meets budgetary constraints who will help cover the service (predominantly) out of office hours, including nights and weekends. SARC Clinical Manager This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. 24 hours management, 16 hours Forensic Nurse. Starting salary = £47,546.25. After passing 6-month probation Increase to = £48,546.25. Once CQC Registered Manager increase to = £49,591.25 There is a requirement to be flexible to cover on call shifts as and when required 7am - 7pm and to travel to SARC's if needed.
