Serco - AASC Hybrid – Warrington offices / WFH approx. 2 days p/w £24,500 per annum Excellent Corporate Benefits Here within our Asylum Accommodation and Support Services Contract (AASC) we focus on assisting individuals through the asylum system, ensuring that vulnerable asylum seekers have access to the support they need along with a high standard of accommodation. We’re recruiting for a Service Delivery Co-ordinator to join our Property Team. You will play a crucial role to ensure service users’ needs are met within agreed timeframes in accordance with Serco’s contractual obligations to UK Visa’s & Immigration (UKV&I), in relation to accommodation and transport for service users. If so, we would love to hear from you This is a varied role, with some key responsibilities including: Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors, as required, to ensure fully compliant and effective transportation service. Schedule and allocate workflows for collecting and transporting service users, as required by the contract. Monitor the customer portal regularly and frequently and ensure all travel requests are uploaded to facilitate KPI 4 timescales. Produce reports, briefings and information updates to a high standard within limited timeframe. Ensuring all responses to the authorities requests are completed within contractual timescales Daily monitoring of property and room availability for DA to ensure density remains at a suitable level. Liaise with Serco transport officers and sub-contractors, as required, to ensure fully compliant and effective transportation service. Schedule and allocate workflows for collecting and transporting service users, as required by the contract. You will need to hit the ground running on joining us, so it is essential you are a self-motivated person with a pro-active approach to work, experience of managing high volume workloads whilst delivering successful outputs.
